When Ron Wiley -- sent 3 field service engineers to start up one thermotron test chamber-- they couldin't even find the "hidden " buttons on the controler
Then Ron Wiley as the west coast manager -- sent another guy from seattle to start up the vibration shaker -- and he spent 40 hours trying to get it started -- just to try to get it running--
