who is ron wiley?

well i guess business has picked up..

because there is no "for sale" sign out side your building.. ..

i had spoke with the new National service manager

Ron wiley a while back and

he had said that    randy hertis the michigan service dispatcher
and was no longer there and i can't imagine he left by choice,

or went far,

so i was wondering where he was now?.

Also he said that Doug mahn the vibration sales man was no longer working there..

i can't imagine him leaving .. (so it's probably a lie)

he was the project manager on the ill fated litton project..

When i told litton that a project that size should have a project manager..

Thats when i found out that doug mahn was "the man.". ha ha ..

good communication huh? ..

But no loss because your ( Espec) company got the follow on contract..

But i understand you have Mr. Rouloffs there now.

the replacement of Dick Mckinly.. funny

"Curt"the sales guy he replaced bo bjarno with in San Jose ..

said that  jim roulfes and the
sales staff had to go around with a good grip on their ankles "
 to survive..

just keep smilling i guess..

and say yes sir!! DAN

Thanks for this moment of your time...
P.S.

Most manufacturers have a rate schedule and limitations on hours to perform certain procedures leaving a technician / small business holding the bag for unforseen problems that arise. There is not one person that I know who owns a small business (2-10 employee's) that likes or wants to do warranty work.
I realize there are companies out there who will "rape" a manufacturer if given free reign, and there in lies a lot of your problem.
I may or may not be addressing the problem that your speaking of but tried...

So, therm, why can't you get help?

What did you do that techs don't want to work for you?

Its not that we are having turnover issues at all. We are trying to add new techs in some different locations. As well, we can find help...just not always the help that we want. Our hiring process is fairly extensive <----leads to a much lower rate of turnover for us in the long run. It is difficult for us to find 'good' technicians, in some areas. The biggest challenge is that I'm located in Michigan, most of the time more than a few hundred miles away from where the position is that I'm trying to fill.

Hey, Therm, checked out your website- "them must be them new fangled air conditioners I been hearin about."

No wonder you have an extensive hiring practices. . . You must have a hell of a training program! I'd be kind of leery working on something like that. But I suppose it would be kind of cool opening one of those things up to see what's happening inside.

I wish you the best of luck finding a tech, I can see why your having a hard time.

Yeah, we've had a few interviews in before talking about how they can fix anything, and there isn't much they haven't seen. Then we take them out into the plant where these are made and some become humbled very quickly. I've actually had 2 that we've flown in town say, uhhh....this is a little beyond me. All it takes is a willingness to learn...we'll teach you. Extensive training program for sure. Thanks for your well wishes

Thermotron--PSYCHOPATHS HAVE FEELINGS TOO- field service training

start here

then move on to the BIG Money!!

thermotron former employee (where's the good people)??

good people don't work here( for too long) -- mark lamers-- COO---COO

there really are Companies where:

"Good people don't Work here".

Half truths, misconceptions, and accusations are an effective way to control and manage people. Keep them at each other's throat (cut throat environment), keep them suspicious, keep them confused, and guarded.

The organizational structure at some companies require that "key" management personnel be skilled in the art of deceit.

Deception, manipulation and its associated "skills" can be a highly desired style or "Expertise"; but If you are not on "their" team it can be very dangerous.

When a weasel factory (snake pit) company finds a NON "YES" man, who can't do or say anything they demand because ethical or personal values; they are then no longer a "good" organizational fit, because loyalty counts for everything.

Every one is"a manager" means it's ok to defraud, libel and slander co-workers because every one does it, just lie and deny it and blame it on someone else.

This thesis describes some of the covert management styles that are used in the effort to keep the workers under-control, divided and "quiet"; and its subsequent corrupt influence of the ethical morals in the Dutch Reformed Religion.

Are Companies Run By Crooks?? Of Course!!

The type of individual who would "not fit into this organization" is a person who is: moral, ethical or open , honest, and genuine .

What's Good is Bad, What's Bad is Good, Who ever does the Most , does the Worst; Who ever does the Least , does the Best...

These are real techniques applied at some companies.

The people I worked with in Holland Michigan were "professional" church going liars, thieves & crooks, it was just part of the job description.

Ethics or morality were not allowed in the work place.

Where personal loyalty is the most important commodity.

People, reality and or sound business practices take the
"back seat". Or simply put:

"If you are swimming with shark's! You had better make sure
" you are a shark " "or" "you are" going to be lunch !!!

People do the deeds of their Character that dominate their personality or satisfy their comfort.

Most of will do what ever is the easiest, change, responsibility, learning can be to difficult, it takes commitment, it takes effort, it can be scary, and there may not be any" money " in it.

So why bother?

For many one's "Job" is the most important item in life so in corporate life it becomes necessary to be a go-along-get-along kind-of-guy,

following the values of that company

and then U die and go to Hell.. wow what a carreer!!!
